I offer many different options and styles when it comes to my handmade plushies!
There are semi-custom options as well as completely custom.
Semi-customs are plushies that have an already created pattern, which will be customized to look like your animal, creature or character.
If you scroll down, you will see the many different options to choose from, as well as examples of said plush products.
Custom plushies are completely made from pattern to finished product.
The plush will be customized to your liking. It will be made to look like your animal, character or creature.
There are a few different options to choose from, like posing, add-ons and accessories.
All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars(CND) Natural refers to natural/realistic coloured animals (browns, blacks, greys etc.) Un-natural refers to un-natural/fantasy coloured animals (blue, purple, pink etc.)
This semi custom option is for a 20" long floppy plush.
Made of high quality faux furs (and possible other materials on request).
The body is stuffed lightly with polyester stuffing and contains plastic pellets in the feet to give the plush a floppy and cuddly feel.
The base options are horse, dog or cat but this pattern is open for the option to customize for other breeds and species as well.
The body colour, tail and hair will be matched to your animal/character.
For species that don't fall under the base choices, the body pattern and style stays the same, but the feet and head will be re-patterned to your liking.

Base cost is for choice of horse, dog or cat. Check add-ons below for other species options.

9" tall Chibi Horse
This semi custom option is for a 9" tall Chibi Horse plush.
Made of high quality faux furs (short piles and minky).
There are two posing options, which are prancing or rearing. Make sure to specify which pose you'd like, when placing your order.
Being a chibi style of plush, the markings of your horse may have to be simplified to fit this plush pattern.
Overly complex and detailed characters may be declined or drastically simplified.

You have a choice of either the prancing or rearing pose.

Laying Horse
This semi custom option is for a Laying Horse plush.
Made of high quality faux furs (and possible other materials on request).
This plush pattern comes in two different sizes; 24" long or 12" long.
The body is stuffed with polyester stuffing. In the 24" long option the feet will contain plastic pellets to create a floppy feel for the legs.

This semi custom option is for a standing dog plush.
Made of high quality faux furs (and possible other materials on request).
This plush pattern comes in two different sizes; 9" tall or 12" tall.
The body is stuffed with polyester stuffing and has a nice selection of add-ons available!

I will take on just about any plush project, just as long as it is animal-like. This includes real life animals, mythical creatures, made up characters and more!
I will not take on orders for any licensed and/or copyrighted characters, which includes but not limited to, Pokemon, My Little Pony, Disney characters etc.

The following is a mandatory read in order to place an order.
By placing an order you are agreeing to obey each and every policy and rule listed on this website!
Breaking any of these rules may result in consequences.
Payment
All payments will be sent through Paypal or Etsy. (Unless otherwise stated or discussed.)
A mandatory 50% non-refundable deposit is required up front, to place an order and reserve a spot in queue.
There are two options of payment when placing an order;
50% (non refundable deposit) up front and the last 50% plus shipping costs on completion of the plush order
OR
full 100%(50% of this is your non-refundable deposit) up front and then shipping costs sent on completion of plush order.
A shipping cost will be calculated on completion of your order and the order must be paid in full before the package will be shipped out.
All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars(CAD).
CAD is accepted only. (Paypal or Etsy will determine your currency conversion for you.)
If I have not received full payment(including shipping costs) within 6 months of your order completion(and I cannot get in contact with you, or have not got a response) you are automatically forfeiting your order and no refunds will be made.
I have the right to re-sell any whole or parts of the order to compensate for lost time and work.
Policies
Any plush toys bought from me is not to be re-produced or altered in any way, by any persons and/or company. Altering your plushie will void your warranty.
I will not take on any orders for licensed and/or copyrighted characters, which includes but not limited to Pokemon, My Little Pony, Disney characters. etc.
My plushies are pieces of art and are meant for collection, decoration and recollection.
As most of my plushies have been hand painted and detailed, they are not recommended for small children.
By purchasing a plush order, you are giving me permission to use your reference photos, to show off the plush representation as examples on my site/etsy store.
You will be kept up to date along the progress of your order, receiving photos every step of the way.
Most of my work in progress photos will be posted to any of my social media accounts listed here.
Shipping Policies
I ship all orders through Canada Post/USPS. You can track your package on either website.
All orders sent out include a tracking number and appropriate insurance coverage.
Your order will not be shipped until full payment (including shipping cost) is received.
Shipping will take approximately 6-10 business days to ship to US and Canada. Allow up to 3 weeks to ship, before contacting me.
Make sure to provide a proper address where you will be able to receive the package.
If you plan on moving before or within the work time, make sure to contact me to have your package sent to the correct address at the correct time.
I will not be held responsible for damaged packages through the shipment process.
All packages dropped off at the post office by me are in clean and stable condition.
I can not control what goes on in the shipping process.
If your order arrives in a damaged state please read the Warranty/Repairs Section and then contact me to have the situation dealt with.
If the package is returned to me due to the following reasons:
-If you fail to collect the package once it has been delivered.
-Wrong address provided by you
-You have moved addresses within shipment/transit time without notifying me.
YOU are resonsible to re-pay the shipping costs to have the package re-shipped to you.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you must be cancel your order for any reason (before the plush has shipped), you will be refunded any payments made except the 50% non-refundable deposit.
I retain all rights and ownership to any work started or completed on a cancelled order. I have the right to re-use or sell anything completed so far (With exceptions of changing anything to not infringe on your character).
If you receive your order and you are not completely satified with it, you must contact me right away.
If there is a change that needs to be made, we can discuss how to go about shipping it back and having it fixed.
If you'd like a refund, contact me first and we can arrange to have your order shipped back.
In order to receive any type of refund, your order must be sent back in perfect condition, as I had sent it.
If your order was completed and fully paid for, and you'd still like a refund, you will be refunded 50% of your total order price.This does not include the shipping costs.
Warranty
All orders include a one year warranty from the day the full payment was completed.
This warranty will cover any small damages occuring with light use.
Your warranty is automatically void if any of the following happens:
-The plush has been altered in anyway. (ie. Painting, trimming, cutting, adding, removing etc.)
-Poor preservation of the plush. You are responsible for taking good care of the piece! Store them in a safe spot, away from rough housing and make sure to keep them clean.
-Misuse.
Cleaning Instructions
WARNING: Washing your plush may result in fading and/or bleeding of fabrics, as most of my work has been hand painted and detailed.
If you really must clean your plush, use a soft cloth with cold/luke warm water and very lightly surface wash the plush.
Let air dry
Do not put the plush through a washer and/or dryer. Doing so may permanently damage the plushie and will automatically void your warranty!
